The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year. It is a time to celebrate the quiet, the stillness outside, and the light within. Join Kendra Potter and Jessica Peebleson as we celebrate the dark and the returning of the light.
Kendra will lead a long, slow candlelit restorative asana practice to the vibrations of Jessica’s singing bowls and gong. We invite our attention further inward to a silent stillness, where we will dwell for a time. Once the practice is complete, we dine on homemade kitchari, a nourishing traditional Ayurvedic dish, and drink a spiced chai. We’ll enjoy our time together, and walk out into the darkness of night rejuvenated and ready for the stillness of Winter.
