Spring Subtle Body Yin Practice

Awaken your subtle body through mantra and juicy yin asana. This 90 min practice will focus on harmonizing the pranic channels of your spring mind and body.
Utilizing props, long holds and bija mantra, Kate Crouch of Mind Your Self (Mindfulness Education) will lead you through an experience that will open and cleanse.

$35 per student, $5 of which will be donated to Jannette Rankin Peace Center.
